Installation of an office container is incredibly simple: at the final location, all you need to do is prepare a foundation from pre-fabricated foundation blocks and install the appropriate electrical and plumbing systems. The facility is placed on the foundations using a crane or HDS, and the process takes just a few minutes.

Importantly, modular construction also offers a wide range of design and expansion options. By choosing office containers from our range, a company can expand its headquarters with additional modules at any time. Interestingly, expansion is possible not only horizontally but also "vertically," meaning upwards. The containers manufactured at our facility can be stacked. To make this possible, they are specially designed. The frame of our containers is made of 4 mm thick cold-formed sections, while the final stability of the building is ensured by columns bolted to the upper and lower frames. This is an interesting option, as it allows for the desired office space to be accommodated on half the land area and divided into zones: for example, a meeting area for clients on the ground floor and workspaces on the first floor.

The office containers we offer meet the requirements of occupational health and safety regulations for workplaces. We know that each of our containers must provide appropriate conditions for the people inside. These regulations specify the requirements for workplaces, and a properly selected container will meet them without any problems.

As defined in Section 15 of the Regulation of the Minister of Labor and Social Policy on General Occupational Health and Safety Regulations, workspaces and their furnishings should provide employees with safe and hygienic working conditions. In particular, workspaces should provide natural and artificial lighting , appropriate temperature, air exchange, and protection against moisture, unfavorable thermal conditions and sunlight, vibrations, and other factors harmful to health and burdensome.

When designing our office containers, we take care to ensure an optimal supply of natural light. This task is performed by windows of appropriate size. Each building manufactured by us is equipped with modern, tight PVC joinery to make it easier to meet another requirement of the regulations, i.e. ensuring the right temperature. However, when choosing sources of artificial lighting, we focus on lamps in LED technology. We especially recommend options with a color of light close to natural, which is definitely better for the eyes. In addition, they consume minimal amounts of electricity.

Optimum temperature, air exchange and protection against moisture

Temperature, adequate ventilation, and humidity are key factors in ensuring employee comfort in the office . These are closely interconnected, and maintaining these levels depends on the construction and insulation of the building, in this case, a container office.

Firstly, any building intended to serve as an office must be usable year-round, and therefore well insulated. Ultramodula For this purpose, we use mineral wool combined with a vapor barrier. To ensure effective insulation, the mineral wool in our containers is 100 mm thick. Another layer of insulation is a laminated board attached to the inside of the container. We also ensure the roof is insulated; similarly to the walls, we use mineral wool with a vapor barrier. High-quality insulation is of great importance to us because we know that it will provide warmth in winter, but will also ensure that the room temperatures are not too high in summer.

An essential element of every office is, of course, a kitchen and bathroom, or formally, sanitary and social facilities. Our offer includes office containers with both small facilities (toilet, sink, and space for a kitchenette) and those equipped with a larger bathroom and kitchen area, depending on the investor's needs and expectations.
